I recommend prenatal massage starting in the second trimester. This timing is generally considered appropriate for most pregnancies, but every body and every pregnancy is different. Your comfort, sense of safety, and personal choice are always the most important factors

This massage can be booked anytime from the first day after birth or even years later, there’s no set deadline. Many people find the early postpartum period, particularly the first few weeks, to be especially supportive for this kind of bodywork. Still, gentle, intentional touch can be meaningful and restorative regardless of how much time has passed since birth.

Your baby is welcome to stay close during the session, and you can feed them whenever needed. I’m used to working with babies coming and going, so there’s no need to worry. If you have someone to help, they can hold the baby, so you can fully relax, but if you’re on your own, we’ll adapt the session to fit your needs.
