The Birth Doula Support includes support regardless of the method of delivery (natural, cesarean or VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean)) and in the setting of your choice (home, birthing center or hospital).

It includes:

• A pre-birth meeting (approx. 3 hours) to get to know each other and discuss your options, your wishes and intentions for the birth.

• Support by email and telephone throughout the pregnancy

• 24h on-call, from 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date until your birth.

• Continuous doula support during birth, from whenever you feel the need. When the contractions start, I will come to you (to the desired location) and I will stay with you until after your baby is born.

• Natural methods to relieve pain (e.g. Rebozo massage technique, breathing exercises)

• Holding your birth space

• Soothing atmosphere through candles, aromas, sounds, for example

• A visit in the postpartum period to reflect on the birth experience

• Relaxation techniques and continuous emotional support at every stage of our journey together

• Option for additional visits and support before and after the birth, according to your personal needs
